HANGOVER OMELET 
10 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 cans dried green chilies, minced

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Combine cottage cheese and melted butter; add to first mixture. Add remaining ingredients; blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
