SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. torn spinach
3 apples, cubed
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced green onions
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
6 pieces crumbled bacon
Spanish peanuts

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. chopped chutney
1 tbsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients well. Immediately before serving, add dressing to salad mixture. Toss well.
