3/4 c. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground allspice
2 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. applesauce

Mix spices together then stir in applesauce. Roll out onto waxed paper; about 1/4 inch thick or desired thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Make a small hole in each with a lollipop stick or a straw from a juice box. Lift shapes with a spatula onto a cookie sheet; let dry 4-5 days. Thread colored ribbon or thread through hole and knot end for hanger. Makes 18 medium size ornament.
