COOL AND SIMPLE CITRUS PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Yellow food coloring
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Place concentrate into large mixing bowl and beat 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream and blend. Fold in Cool Whip and add food coloring, whipping until smooth. Freeze until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Freeze at least 4 hours.
