STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Dice stems and saute in butter. Add garlic salt and crumbs. Cool and add cheese. Drop by teaspoon into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Freeze well.
