MINI-MARSHMALLOW TOAST 
Fun for Kids!

1 bag mini-marshmallows
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
cinnamon, for sprinkling
sugar, for sprinkling

Melt butter in microwave for 45 seconds then dip mini marshmallows in melted butter.

Spread marshmallows in the bottom of a baking or jelly roll pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over mini marshmallows. Put in freezer for 10+ minutes to firm up.

Once firm, cut into "toast" and enjoy!

Note: May use "cinnamon sugar" to skip a step!
