QUICK NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER 
1 lb. bacon
1 pkg. frozen chopped onions or 2 fresh lg. onions, cut up
5 cans cream of potato soup
6 cans minced clams
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute onions and bacon together. Drain fat. Add potato soup. Add two cans of clams with the juice. Drain the four remaining cans of clams and add clams to soup. Add lemon juice. Simmer in crock pot on low until thoroughly heated.
