1 c. soft butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour

Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Chill at least 1 hour. Put through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
