BLACK AND WHITE CUPCAKES 
1 chocolate cake mix

Filling:

1 c. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

You also need cupcake papers.

Beat first 4 ingredients and add chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix cake mix according to instructions on box. Fill cupcake liners with cake mix 1/3 full and top with 1 heaping tablespoonful of cheese/chocolate filling. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds as desired.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes for 18 large cupcakes or 20 minutes for 36 to 48 small cupcakes.
