RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cocoa
2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Put everything in bowl and beat at one time. Bake 3 layers at 350 degrees, for about 30 minutes.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box 4X sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
