SANTA'S DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed banana
1 3/4 c. uncooked oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pecan halves

Beat butter until creamy; add brown sugar and beat well. Add egg. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and blend well. Add bananas and vanilla. Beat until blended. Stir in oats. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Place pecan half in center before baking.
