ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. canned green peas or 2 (4 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced yellow cheese
2 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
Salt and pepper

Mix mayonnaise with drained peas and chill 2 hours until flavor blends. Mix with celery and cheese. Add chopped, hard-cooked eggs, if desired. Season to taste. Chill.
