6 c. flour
1 lb. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix flour and butter until like pie texture. Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cream of tartar all together. Pour into flour mixture. Chill overnight. Roll out.

Bake at 350°F until firm, about 5 minutes or so.
