FRUIT AND NUT POUND CAKE 
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1 pkg. Betty Crocker super moist cherry chip cake mix
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped apricots
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts, if desired

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle pan with nuts (be sure to spread evenly). Beat cake mix dry, apricots, coconut, water, eggs, and sour cream on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl 2 minutes. Gradually pour batter into pan.

Bake until cake springs back with a touch in the center of pan. Or when toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing the cake.
