2 lb. hamburger 6 medium potatoes 1/2 lb. cheese 1 can tomato soup 1 can French-cut green beans First, peel and boil potatoes to mash. Brown hamburger, salt and pepper to taste. Drain off grease. Add the can of tomato soup to the browned meat. Drain and add the green beans. Mix well; let simmer. When the potatoes are ready, mash with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Put hamburger mixture in a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle grated cheese over the potatoes. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted. |
