1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, unthawed
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Oregano, scant
1/2 c. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 c. Bisquick

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Grate up more cheese on top after baked. Put cover on, and cheese will melt.
