STEAK SUPPER IN FOIL 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck steak, 1 inch thick
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3 med. carrots, peeled and quartered
2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 sm. onions, peeled and quartered
2 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place foil in baking dish leaving enough to seal in food later. Place meat on foil. Stir together soups and spread on meat. Place vegetables on top of meat and sprinkle the water on them. Fold foil over and seal securely. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove from oven and unseal foil slowly to let steam escape. Serves 4 to 6.
