CHICKEN OR TURKEY DIVAN 
precooked chicken (3 breasts or 2 legs) or turkey
20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs

Grease 9 x 13 baking pan with butter. Layer broccoli cuts on bottom. Mix together chicken soup, curry powder, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add to this mixture the cut up chicken or turkey. (Great recipe for leftover turkey.) Pour chicken (turkey) mixture over broccoli and spread out evenly. Mix together shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Evenly distribute this mixture over top. Put dabs of butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
