EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 (16 oz.) pkg. or 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 med. potatoes, diced

Layer chicken and onions. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken in large greased casserole (15 x 3 x 9 1/2).

CRUST:

1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. self rising flour

Mix together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
