ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
2 c. pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt

Boil seeds in small amount of salted water for 10 minutes. Dry on paper towel. Combine Worcestershire sauce, butter and salt. Pour mixture over seeds. Stir until well coated. Bake on sheet for 1 to 2 hours at 225 degrees stirring often.
