SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE BALLS 
4 lbs. pork sausage
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce

Mix together sausage, eggs and bread crumbs. Make small balls, saute in frying pan. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over sausage and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. To reheat; 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
