BAKED FISH | |
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets 2 tbsp. butter, melted Salt Lemon juice Wash fish. Salt lightly both sides of fish. Place in single layer in a long baking dish. Brush fish with lemon juice and butter. Bake 1 side, turn over, brush other side with butter and lemon juice. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes per side. |
