SALTED NUT ROLL | |
2 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts (use more) Butter 9x13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of jar of peanuts in baking dish. Melt 2 1/2 tbsp. of butter and chips together. Stir in milk and marshmallows, stirring constantly. Remove from heat occasionally while stirring. Pour remaining peanuts over this mixture, press them with your hand. |
