STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 box instant long grain rice, cooked to pkg. directions
1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
4 to 6 peppers (red, yellow or green)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Prepare rice. Heat sauce. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning (to taste) to sauce. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain off fat. In a large bowl, mix meat, sauce and rice together.

In a medium to large casserole, put the peppers (that have been cleaned, seeded and tops cut off) cut end up. You may have to cut a small slice off the bottom to make them stand up. Spoon filling into peppers, leaving a little space at the top for cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove cover; divide cheese over each pepper. Place under broiler to melt the cheese.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
