PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 sm. Cool Whip, thawed 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 3/4 c. shaped pretzels (broken up) 1 lg. strawberry Jello 1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries Cream butter and pretzels, then press in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels. Seal sides. Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water and add strawberries. Pour over top. Refrigerate until gelled. |
