PRISCILLA'S ZUCCHINI BAKE 
Zucchini
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 sm. cottage cheese
1 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
Cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Boil enough squash to cover bottom of 6 x 10 inch dish, in salted water until tender. Drain and put in buttered dish. Saute hamburger, onion, salt, pepper, oregano until browned.

Add uncooked rice and spread over squash. Top with layer of cottage cheese, then soup, then top with shredded Cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
