EUROPEAN STYLE SALAD 
3 c. torn curly endive or Romaine
1/2 c. diced chicken style Soyameat
1/2 sm. cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 c. torn iceberg lettuce or spinach
1 tomato, cut in thin wedges
2 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. black olives, sliced

Toss greens and place on salad plates. Arrange other ingredients over and around greens. Drizzle with lemon dressing. Serves 4.
