POTATO CHIP COOKIES #1 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. rolled potato chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 or 5 dozen cookies.
