2 c. warm water 1 pkg. yeast 1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 slightly beaten egg 4 c. self-rising flour Mix yeast and warm water. Melt butter and add sugar and egg. Mix yeast and butter mixture. Add flour. Keep in refrigerator covered and bake as needed. To bake, put in greased muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
