CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sq. chocolate or 1/2 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. corn starch or 6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together milk and egg yolks (beaten). Add chocolate, sugar and corn starch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute. Blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell. Chill 2 hours before cutting.
