CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING 
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar, divided use
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. flour

Beat egg yolks well. Add 3/8 cup of the sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and butter. heat until the sugar has dissolved. Mix flour with remaining sugar. Blend into the cooked cocoa mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour into baked, cooled pie crust. Top with meringue, brown in 350 degree to 375 degree oven.
