SALTED PEANUT CHEWS 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. cocktail peanuts

Combine first 8 ingredients. Press in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Sprinkle immediately with marshmallows and return to oven 1 to 2 minutes. Cool while preparing topping of syrup, butter and vanilla. Melt peanut butter chips in topping mixture until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in Rice Krispies and cocktail peanuts. Spoon over ingredients. Cool.
