FRUIT JUICE JELLY 
4 c. unsweetened apple, grape or orange juice
11 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar

In 8 to 10 quart kettle combine your choice of fruit juice, pectin and lemon juice. Bring to full rolling boil. Stir in sugar. Return to full rolling boil. boil hard, uncovered for 1 minute; stir constantly. Remove from heat; quickly skim off foam. Ladle fruit syrup into hot, sterilized jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Seal with metal lids or paraffin. 6 1/2 pints.
