REESE PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together first 6 ingredients; add dry ingredients; roll in balls; place in tassie pan inside paper cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and put small Reese cup in middle. Let cool and then remove from pan.
