TURKEY MACARONI STEW | |
This is even better reheated. It's a good way to use up the leftover turkey from a turkey feast! 2 lb. chopped mixed cooked turkey meat and giblets 2 envelopes onion soup mix 6 cups water 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG, optional) 1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, undrained 1 (14 oz.) can spinach, drained 1 (14 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained 1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (1 lb.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente Mix turkey, soup mix, water, salt, Accent (if desired), tomatoes, spinach, carrots, and corn. Bring to a boil then simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni. Serve in generous bowlfuls. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. Makes 20 servings. Submitted by: Dan Levy |
