RHUBARB RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. orange juice
2 c. diced rhubarb
1/4 c. raisins

Combine 1 cup sugar and flour; stir lightly. Beat egg yolks slightly. Add yolks and orange juice to sugar mixture mixing well. Stir in rhubarb and raisins. Pour in pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
