BOILED SHRIMP | |
2 lb. shrimp in shell 4 qt. water 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt Wash and drain shrimp. Bring to boil water, vinegar and salt. Place shrimp in boiling water, boil for 10 minutes until shrimp are deep pink. Drain well. Peel. May be eaten hot with drawn butter or cold with seafood cocktail sauce. Serves 4. |
