BARBECUED SHRIMP 
2 lb. raw shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
Melted butter

Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. Arrange shrimp in shallow 1 1/2-quart dish. In a small bowl mix garlic with salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over shrimp. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill 3 minutes, basting with marinade. Turn and grill several minutes more or until shrimp turn pink, basting several times. Dip in melted butter. Serves 6.
