CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 or 3 chicken breasts, cooked
2 pkgs. broccoli spears, frozen
Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

CREAM SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Melt butter in top of double-boiler. Add flour mixture with seasoning. Mix until well blended. Pour on milk gradually; cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. When cold add whipped cream, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Cook broccoli as per instructions. Do not overcook. Let cool. On bottom of casserole place broccoli tops, no stems. Put several thin slices of Velveeta cheese. Pour cream sauce (about 1/2) over broccoli and cheese. Next spread sliced chicken, and rest of cream sauce. Top with several more slices of cheese. Cook in preheated oven 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until cheese melts.
