PEA 'N CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas (cooked and chilled)
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Chill. Flavors blend well if made a day ahead. Serves 4-6.
