24 HOUR SPINACH SALAD 
LAYER I:

1/2 bag spinach, washed
1/2 head lettuce

LAYER II:

1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed but raw

LAYER III:

1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 jar Hormel bacon bits or 8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

Wash, cut and pat dry spinach and lettuce. Arrange on bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Mix Layer II ingredients and put over Layer I. Mix together Layer III ingredients and cover salad with mixture completely from edge to edge. Sprinkle topping with bacon bits. Chill overnight, then serve.
