CHRISTMAS STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs

Line three 9 inch cake pans with wax paper; preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Soften Jello in 1/2 cup water. Combine cake mix, cooking oil, eggs and 1/2 cup juice drained from strawberries (reserve berries for icing). Mix well and add Jello. Blend mixture thoroughly with an electric mixer for 4 minutes or beat well by hand. Bake for 30 minutes. Frost with strawberry cream frosting.

STRAWBERRY CREAM FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. drained strawberries

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. When cake has cooled, frost layers and top.
