BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Mix buttermilk in and stir with mixing spoon.

Freeze dough for 30 minutes. Roll dough out on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on greased baking sheets for 15 minutes in hot oven (375 degrees). Yield: 6 servings.
