1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 c. coconut flakes 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped 1 can sweetened condensed milk Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Remove from oven and spread the melted butter over bottom of pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Spread coconut over graham cracker crumbs, then add layer of chocolate chips, then a layer of chopped nuts. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. Return to oven and bake for about 25 minutes, until lightly brown on top. Cut into small squares when completely cooled. Makes 36 small bars. |
