CARROT CAKE 
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. unsaturated vegetable oil
1 c. honey
1/2 c. yogurt
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. carrots, grated

Scramble eggs, add oil, honey and yogurt; mix well. Add flour to which soda, salt and cinnamon has been added. Add carrots. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3-4 c. confectioners' sugar
