1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Blend all ingredients well together. Pour into a well buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake until custard sets (400 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes.
