POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
6 med. potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes. Drain well and leave lid off so that moisture will evaporated. Chop onion and saute in butter until wilted, but not brown. Add sour cream and blend well. Heat through, but do not boil. Pour over hot potatoes in serving dish and salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
