CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. boxed French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
Med. size Cool Whip
Chocolate Fudge Icing

Mix pudding and milk in bowl then add Cool Whip. Mix well. In 9 x 13 inch pan put 1 layer of graham crackers, half of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, rest of pudding mixture and then a layer of graham crackers. Put chocolate icing on top (easier to spread if warmed in microwave 1 minute). Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
