RASPBERRY CHICKEN 
4-5 chicken breasts
1/2 jar raspberry jam
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice concentrate or 1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1 container fresh raspberries

Set aside 1 or 2 sprigs of basil for garnish. Crush half of berries; reserve rest for garnish. Combine all of ingredients and pour over chicken. Let marinate 1/2 hour minimum. Cook in casserole dish uncovered for 1 hour at 300 degrees or until tender. Garnish with basil and whole berries.
