LIMBE (ICEE) 
1 can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. of cold water
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Use a medium size bowl and pour all of the above ingredients in the bowl. Sugar should be added as you stir, taste to see if amount of sugar is to your liking can add more if you wish. More cinnamon may be added to give it a darker color. Once stirred, pour into clean ice trays and put in freezer. Once frozen, scoop out dessert cubes in cups and enjoy!
